Elf Paint FightDear {FIRSTNAME},

Wow, I can't believe it's already time to send out my letters. I only send them to boys and girls on my Nice List you know. You made it on the list this year by {DEEDS}. Way to go!! Keep being such a good {GENDER}. The elves are busy, busy, busy getting all the presents ready. I've already got some special gifts picked out for you.

The elves got into some trouble last week while painting a few toys. It all started when Doobie accidentally splashed some red paint onto Bernardís face. Bernard quickly splashed yellow paint back, but it also got on some of the other elves. Well, you can imagine what happened nextÖa paint fight!! All the elves were throwing paint and laughing, and the workshop was a mess. It all came to a quick stop when Oglethorpe (the main elf) yelled QUIET. He was so mad at the other elves, but I couldn't keep from laughing. You should've seen them all covered in paint from head to toe. It took some time to clean up, but we all had a good laugh about it.

Well {FIRSTNAME}, it won't be long until Iím in the sleigh flying towards {COUNTY}. I love the view of {CITY} from up in the sky. Remember, I know if you've been naughty or nice, so keep being nice. Have a Very Merry Christmas! I'll see you soon!

Elves DecoratingDear {FIRSTNAME},

Wow, what a busy time of year this is for me. Weíve all been working very hard here at the North Pole. It is all worth it when I get to deliver presents to good kids like you. It looks like you made it on my Nice List this year by {DEEDS}, so Iíll be stopping by {CITY} to deliver your presents. Great Job!

Mrs. Claus has been very busy decorating. Weíve got the whole village looking wonderful. We did have some funny moments (those elves are always causing trouble). We were stringing up lights in the main square when one elf named Alger decided to practice jumping rope using a string of lights. Oglethorpe (the main elf) saw him and told him to stop right away. Alger swung the rope one last time, but it caught onto the crane we were using to reach the high spots. Alger was still holding on, so UP, UP, UP he went with the crane. While he was squirming to climb down, he got twisted up in the light string. Pretty soon he was hanging upside down by his feet. He looked like a big elf pinata. We sent Rudolph up to help him get untangled. Good thing those reindeer can fly!

Well {FIRSTNAME}, keep being good, and Iíll stop by {CITY} on Christmas Eve with your gifts. Itís my favorite night of the year. Is it your favorite night too?

Uh-oh I can hear Oglethorpe calling me. I hope thereís not more elf trouble in the workshop. Remember to go to bed early on Christmas Eve. Have a wonderful holiday!

Snowball FightDear {FIRSTNAME},

Wow, can you believe Christmas is almost here? It always comes so fast for me. I just checked my lists, and I was very happy to see your name on my Nice List. Super Job! You have been an extra good {GENDER} this year by {DEEDS}. Keep up the good work. Iím looking forward to stopping by {CITY} on Christmas Eve. I hope youíll like what Iíve picked out for you this year.

The reindeer have been exercising and eating their broccoli to get ready for the big flight. We had our annual Reindeer Games last week, and what a fun time we had. We had flying races, sledding contests, and a dodge ball tournament with snowballs. As usual, Rudolph took first in most of the activities. During the dodge ball game, things got a little out of control. Blitzen accidentally hit Oglethorpe (the main elf) with a snowball. Oglethorpe marched right over to Blitzen to give him a piece of his mind, when the other reindeer started throwing snowballs at Oglethorpe. Pretty soon, he was covered in snow. All the elves joined in and we had a real good snowball fight. I even threw a couple myself, until Mrs. Claus came out and stopped me. When it was finished Oglethorpe looked like a big snowman. We even put a hat on his head and a carrot sticking out for his nose. We all gathered around and took a picture before he was able to get all the snow off. What a fun time we had!

Keep being good {FIRSTNAME}. You must be proud of yourself for doing so well this year. I know Iím proud of you. Iíll be looking forward to a midnight snack when I fly through {COUNTY}. Have a Merry Christmas with all your loved ones and Iíll see you soon!

Santa SkatingDear {FIRSTNAME},

What a busy Holiday season it is this year. I was just checking my Nice List and saw that youíve been extra good this year by {DEEDS}. You must feel so good! Keep it up! I canít wait to stop by {CITY} on Christmas Eve. The elves have been very busy getting things ready for the big day.

We took a break from working the other day and decided to go ice skating. I have to be careful not to break the ice since I do have a jolly belly. The elves and reindeer and Mrs. Claus all came along. We had a great time. One elf named Doobie is a wonderful ice skater. He was spinning and doing tricks when Donner accidentally came sliding across the ice. He slid right into Doobie during one of his spins and knocked him right off his feet. I tried to rush over to help, but fell and slid right into Comet taking him down with me. Mrs. Claus hurried over, but tripped over Comet and landed on me. Pretty soon, we were all in a big pile in the middle of the ice. It took awhile, but we all made it back up on our feet. No one was hurt, and we all had a good laugh. We went back and had some hot cocoa to warm us up.

Well {FIRSTNAME}, keep being a good {GENDER}. Iím getting things ready, and soon Iíll be flying towards {COUNTY} and stopping by your house. I love to peek in on you while youíre sleeping. Remember to be good all year long so I can visit you again next year.

Santas SuitDear {FIRSTNAME},

Christmas is almost here and I canít wait. Itís my favorite time of year. Mrs. Claus and I were checking the Nice List the other day and noticed that youíve been doing great this year. You made it on the nice list this year by {DEEDS}. Great job!!! Weíll keep an eye on the list to make sure nothing changes so keep being such a great {GENDER}!

I got my Santa suit out of storage the other day to make sure everything was ok. I tried it on, but it looks like I had more cookies this past year than I should have because my suit wouldnít button up over my big belly!! All the elves got a big laugh out of me trying to suck in my tummy to make my coat fit. Oglethorpe (the main elf) joked that we might have to recruit a few more reindeer to pull the sled if I donít lose some weight. So, Iíve been outside jogging with the reindeer trying to get in shape for the big night, but Rudolph thinks Mrs. Claus will just have to make me a new coat. Oh well Ė I do love those cookies!

Well {FIRSTNAME}, it wonít be long before Iím flying over your house with some special presents for you. I love the view of {CITY} from the sky. Remember to keep being good so you stay on the Nice List, and Have a Very Merry Christmas!!

Soccer SantaDear {FIRSTNAME},

Wow, itís already time to send out my letters again. It seems like the year just flies by! Youíre getting a letter this year because you made it on my Nice List! You made it on the list this year by {DEEDS}. Way to go!! Keep being such a good {GENDER}. We're really busy up here at the North Pole getting ready for the big day! I already have some special gifts picked out for you.

We had a great summer this year resting up for the holiday season. We enjoyed all kinds of outdoor activities and the elves even talked me into playing soccer with them. Some of those elves are really quick so I had a hard time keeping up with them, but I made a really great goalie! With my big belly, none of the elves could kick the ball past me. We even got Rudolph out there playing with us for a while, but he kept popping the balls with his antlers and sharp little hooves so we had to send him off to play reindeer games with Blitzen and the other reindeer. Mrs. Claus came and watched us play for a while. She laughed and laughed as she watched me trying to look over my big belly to see the ball. So, I finally left the elves to their fun and went fishing.

Well {FIRSTNAME}, it won't be long until Iím flying towards {COUNTY}. I love the view of {CITY} from up in my sleigh! Remember, I know if you've been naughty or nice, so keep being nice. Have a Merry Christmas! I'll see you soon!

Santa the CookDear {FIRSTNAME},

What a crazy year weíve had here at the North Pole. As always, there is always so much to do to get ready for Christmas. I have been looking over my Nice List and it looks like you are on it {FIRSTNAME}, way to go! I can see you were good this year by {DEEDS}. Iím excited to fly by {CITY} this year to deliver your presents!

Oh boy, I have a silly story for you. By now you probably know that I love cookies! Well, a few weeks ago Mrs. Claus was working in the kitchen on a new cookie recipe. My workshop had closed for the day so I thought I would lend Mrs. Claus a little help. Well, I put a huge pot on the stove, filled it with marshmallows and turned the heat on full blast (marshmallows were going to be her secret ingredient for this recipe). A few short minutes later I had molten marshmallow boiling from the pot like hot lava out of a volcano. Some of it dropped to the floor and hit my newly polished boots! Luckily Mrs. Claus was nearby and heard me screech like a new born baby reindeer. Quick as a whip she came and saved me (and my lovely boots) from the gooey marshmallow mess.

Luckily, Oglethorpe is an expert shoe polisher, so he had my boots looking like new again in no time. Can you imagine Santa walking around with marshmallow boots? I learned to leave the cooking to an adult like Mrs. Claus (we both know Iím just a kid at heart!). Next time Iíll have Alger help her, he cooks fudge that makes Rudolf so happy he does the Polka (that is a funny sight)!

Everyone around here is getting more excited as the big day gets closer. Remember to keep being good, I want to come back to your house in {COUNTY} next year! Have a wonderful Christmas!

New - Religious LetterDear {FIRSTNAME},

Wow, can you believe Christmas is almost here? It always comes so fast for us at the North Pole. I just checked my lists, and I was very happy to see your name on my Nice List. Super Job! You have been an extra good {GENDER} this year by {DEEDS}. Keep up the good work. Iím looking forward to stopping by {CITY} on Christmas Eve. I hope youíll like what I have picked out for you this year.

We get so busy this time of year up at the North Pole that it is sometimes easy for us to forget the true meaning of Christmas. So, Mrs. Claus and I started a tradition many years ago to make sure that Jesus is always on our minds as we prepare for the big night. We gather all the elves together at the beginning of the Christmas season to set up a giant nativity scene in the middle of our toy factory. We all take a break from making toys and the elves help set up the animals in the stable, the shepherds and wise men around the manger, and Mary and Joseph looking down at their new baby. I always get the honor of placing the baby Jesus in the manger. It brings a tear to my eye every year as I think of that perfect baby and all He did for us. Mrs. Claus then plays the piano and we all sing Silent Night Ė my favorite Christmas song.

Keep being good {FIRSTNAME}. Remember to think of Jesus as you enjoy this wonderful time of year. Not only am I proud of how well you did this past year, but I know Jesus is proud of you too. Keep it up! Iíll be looking forward to a midnight snack when I fly through {COUNTY}. Have a Merry Christmas with all your loved ones and Iíll see you soon!

Love, Santa
